This product series is a digital multimeter IC integrated with TRMS (2kHz), LCD display driver. The built-in UART can achieve AC and DC voltage, AC and DC current, frequency, resistance, capacitance, diode (maximum voltage drop is 3.3V), triode, on-off, temperature, NCV, communication, pulse output and other functions of digital multimeters. It supports automatic and manual measurement with stable measurement up to 6000 Counts. The IC integrates a multi-function network for the application of digital multimeters and high-precision resistors so the temperature drift parameters and consistency are better, and the complexity of the external circuit is reduced. The OTP can be programmed in situ and the programming voltage is internally generated. Infrequent data changes such as calibration factors can be stored in OTP in place of external EEPROM.
